We are looking for an assistant to our Head of Strategic Purchasing to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities / main tasks
- Supports the purchasing manager in administrative, conceptual and operational activities.
- Preparation and follow-up of jour fixe and supplier appointments
- Organization and planning of supplier appointments and, if necessary
Business trips
- Creation of presentations
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally
- Experience in purchasing
- Required professional experience: 2-3 years in a similar position.
- Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English
- Specialized knowledge: Extensive experience in project management, very good
- Working with MS Office, especially PowerPoint/Excel/Word and MS Teams
- Personal qualities: Autonomous and solution-oriented, proactive way of working, very good time management
