The shareholders define the goods to be purchased by EBSA (including specifications) and inform EBSA (each separately, without the other shareholder being aware of the content of the information) of the quantities required.

EBSA bundles the quantities, negotiates the conditions with suppliers and then concludes framework purchasing agreements with them.

Supply contracts

The shareholders conclude supply contracts with the suppliers with reference to the framework purchasing agreements with the suppliers.

Purchasing

Individual call-offs for the required quantity of goods are made to suppliers on the basis of supply contracts.
