The protection of your privacy during your visit to our website is particularly important to us. 2. Collection & processing of personal data on this website

You can generally visit our website without registering. Personal details (such as name, postal address, e-mail, telephone, fax or cell phone number, etc.) are only collected if you provide them voluntarily, for example to execute a contract, to send information material, etc. Data that you transmit to us on our website will be stored, processed and used for the purposes of contract processing and handling your inquiries.

Visits to the website are deleted after three months at the latest. Personal data that you have transmitted to us as part of a contract will be deleted no later than 6 years after the end of the contract, unless statutory provisions require a longer storage period.

If we offer the subscription to newsletters, we will delete your e-mail address that you have provided to us for this purpose no later than three months after the newsletter subscription has ended.

3. Storage of access and usage data

During your visit to our website, our server collects and stores the data automatically generated by your browser and the downloaded files as log files. This technical data is automatically transmitted to us by your browser. These are

For the needs-based design and optimization of our website, these server log files are only evaluated pseudonymously for statistical purposes. They are not passed on to third parties, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Nor is this data merged with other data sources.

4. Disclosure of data to third parties

In principle, we will not pass on personal data that you have provided to us to third parties, with the exception of

Embedded YouTube videos

We embed YouTube videos on some of our websites. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. YouTube is informed which pages you visit. 11. Integration of third-party services/content

If we incorporate third-party content on our website, for example videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, the providers of this content ("third-party providers") will use the IP address of the user, as otherwise it would not be possible to transmit the content to the user's browser. This means that the IP address is required to display this content. 12. Security of transmitted data

To protect the data we manage against accidental/intentional manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorized persons, we use technical and organizational security measures that we are constantly improving (in line with technological developments). However, we cannot guarantee complete data security in the context of e-mail communications.

Your personal data is transmitted in encrypted form. For every data transfer we use the so-called SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with 256-bit encryption, which is also used by banks for data protection in the context of online banking. However, this does not include onward transmission by e-mail.
